Jeff Schwankl - Business Development
Jeff works hands-on with Colorado Springs customers from the first conversation through project planning and execution. He regularly visits workplaces for site surveys, takes measurements, and creates detailed 2D and 3D furniture layouts to help bring ideas to life. If you pop into our Colorado Springs showroom, there’s a good chance you’ll find Jeff working on a floor plan, helping someone compare office chairs, or talking through the right sit-stand desk for their space. From one office to a larger commercial or government project, Jeff helps customers figure out what they need and keeps things moving toward a finished workspace.
Gary Schwankl - Founder & Co-Owner
Gary works from our Denver headquarters but stays closely involved with the Colorado Springs side of the business. He regularly spends time at the Springs showroom, works with customers, and supports Jeff on projects when needed. With decades of office furniture, space planning, and project experience, Gary helps keep the two locations connected while staying in touch with what Colorado Springs customers and businesses are looking for.
Tim Schwankl - Vice President of Operations
Tim supports Colorado Springs from our Denver headquarters by making sure the operational side of each project comes together. He oversees the team responsible for delivery, assembly, and installation and works closely with Jeff and Gary to coordinate schedules, furniture, and project details. His job is to make sure that what gets planned in the showroom or during a site survey gets delivered and installed properly for our Colorado Springs customers.
