Whether it's a single desk or an entire floor, Office Furniture EZ helps Colorado organizations add visual and speech privacy without making the office feel closed off.

Tailored Solutions for Important Information.

We're Here to Help.

Whether it's one frosted glass divider at a single desk or privacy planning for an entire room, Office Furniture EZ helps organizations add privacy to spaces of all sizes.

Some customers know exactly what they need, like screens visible from a hallway or conversations carrying across an open office. Others just know something needs to change and aren't sure where to start.

Both are perfectly normal.

We can review your space, recommend privacy options based on how your team works, and show you the layout in 2D or 3D before you commit.

CONFIDENTIAL AND PRIVACY OFFICE PRODUCTS FAQS

Can you do a site survey if cell phones aren't allowed in our facility?
Yes, and it's not a problem. We've worked with organizations that restrict phones and other devices on site, and we're used to it. We take notes and measurements the traditional way, by hand, and we follow your visitor procedures during the visit. Our site visits initiate from our Denver and Colorado Springs showrooms.

Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We're glad to sign a nondisclosure agreement and keep both your organization's name and the details of the work confidential, before, during, and after the project.

Do privacy panels block sound?
Panels and fabric walls reduce noise and improve speech privacy, but they don't fully block sound. For conversations that must stay confidential, a fully enclosed private office or meeting room is the better choice.

Can I get cubicles with doors?
Yes. Through our manufacturer partners, we can provide cubicles that are fully or partially enclosed, including options with doors. We'll help you choose the right configuration for your space and plan the layout before anything is ordered.

Do you offer phone booths or private pods for calls?
Yes. Phone booths and private pods give people a quiet place to make calls or focus. Because of the need for optimal fits, we don't keep them in stock. We plan the layout with you, order the correctly sized booth from our manufacturer partners, and handle the installation.

What's the best way to keep people from seeing my screen?
Start with the layout. Position screens away from walkways, then add a desk-mounted privacy panel, a frosted glass divider, or an adjustable monitor arm to control the angle.

Can monitor arms help with screen privacy?
Yes. Adjustable monitor arms let people angle a screen away from walkways or move it closer or farther from the desk. It's a simple way to cut down on screens being seen from the side, and it also improves ergonomics.

Do you offer privacy screen filters for monitors?
We don't sell those ourselves, but we're happy to connect you with a recommended provider. Filters that attach to the screen and block side viewing angles work well alongside desk panels and monitor arms.

Can furniture make an office HIPAA compliant?
No. Compliance depends on the whole facility, along with policies and procedures. Privacy furniture supports good practice by keeping screens, paperwork, and conversations out of view and earshot.

Do you offer privacy solutions for open-plan offices?
Yes. Fabric panels, freestanding screens, high cubicle walls, and desk dividers can create private zones without building walls.

Do you have locking desks and file cabinets to keep items secure?
Yes. We offer locking file cabinets, lateral files, and storage units that help keep documents and equipment protected when no one is at the desk.

An enclosed office workspace with frosted glass panels and a matching door helps shield computer screens and paperwork from people walking past while allowing natural light into the work area.
