A project manager visits your facility, takes precise measurements, and notes elevator access, loading dock availability, and any logistics factors that affect delivery and installation. No charge, no obligation.

Step 3 - Layout & Design
Your project manager creates detailed 2D and 3D CAD renderings of the proposed layout using CET and GIZA design software. You review, request changes, and approve before anything is ordered or moved. ADA and fire code compliance is built in.

Step 4 - Furniture Selection & Quote
Based on your layout, budget, and timeline, you'll receive a detailed quote covering product, delivery, and installation. Both showrooms are open Monday through Friday for walk-in viewing if you want to see the furniture first.

Step 5 - Delivery & Installation
The team delivers and installs on the agreed schedule. For cubicle projects, electrical and cabling work is coordinated simultaneously to avoid disruption. Pre-assembly happens at the warehouse whenever possible to speed up on-site time.

There is no minimum order. We sell single chairs to individual home office buyers and manage full-floor buildouts for large corporations. Every customer receives the same level of personal attention regardless of project size.

Yes - completely free, with no obligation. A project manager comes to your location, takes measurements, and provides a layout recommendation. In the Denver and Colorado Springs areas this service is always at no charge. Outside the region there may be a travel fee on projects not awarded to Office Furniture EZ, which is discussed in advance.

Can you handle OSHA and ADA compliance in the layout?

Yes. Our space planning process incorporates ADA requirements and local fire and building codes into every layout schematic. This is especially important for cubicle configurations and larger commercial installations.
