This was far more than a furniture installation...it was a large-scale project involving strategic space planning across multiple floors of civic workspace.

The objective was to create an environment that would support the unique needs of several city departments, thoughtfully balancing private offices, collaborative areas, and efficient day-to-day operations.

The final layout thoughtfully integrated 73 new sit-stand workstations alongside 40 reconfigured cubicles, creating a workspace that felt cohesive, efficient, and easy to navigate.

Prepping Before Installation

One of the ways we help projects stay on schedule is by doing as much work as possible before arriving on-site. Our warehouse team pre-assembled desk mechanisms and prepared ergonomic seating in advance, reducing installation time and minimizing disruption to the city's daily operations.

Installation Day

When it was time to bring everything together, our experienced installation crews handled the heavy lifting. New sit-stand workstations were assembled, modular cubicles were reconfigured, and every detail was carefully coordinated to keep the project moving smoothly - white glove style.

The Final Walkthrough

Before considering the job complete, we walked the space alongside the city's administrative team, tested each height-adjustable workstation, addressed any final punch-list items, and confirmed that everything had been delivered exactly as promised.
