The Strategy: How We Did It

Every successful office furniture project starts with a plan. For this Colorado Springs aerospace and defense contractor, our goal was simple: provide furniture that fit their space, supported their team, and was ready for use on schedule.

Step 1: Site Survey & Discovery

Next, we reviewed the plans together and made any adjustments needed along the way. Once the layout was finalized and approved, we moved into the ordering phase.

From there, our team coordinated the furniture order for 30 workstations, 2 private offices, a training room, a conference room, and all seating required for the project. Because everything was planned in advance, the furniture was selected to work together as a complete solution.

Step 5: Pre-Assembly & Preparation

As the furniture arrived, our team assembled as many components as possible at our assembly lab. This helps reduce installation time on-site and allows for a more efficient deployment.

Step 6: White-Glove Delivery & Installation

Once everything was ready, we delivered and installed the furniture according to the approved floor plan. Our installation team handled the details, ensuring each workstation, office, and meeting space was properly assembled and positioned.

Step 7: Final Walkthrough

After installation, we completed a walkthrough with the client's project team to make sure everything was installed correctly and ready for day-to-day use.
