Finding the Right Fit: A Local’s Guide to Denver’s Office Furniture Showrooms
When you are tasked with putting together a new workspace, expanding your team, or just updating a few worn-out task chairs, it can feel like a steep climb. Every business has a different set of constraints. Some need 50 matching cubicles by next Monday, others just need a solid, ergonomic setup for a startup team of four.
Because we believe a well-planned office makes for a happier, more productive workday, we want to help you make sense of the local options. The Denver metro area is lucky to have several fantastic local dealers. Depending on what you are looking for, here’s our take on who does what best in the market.

Understanding the Local Landscape
If your project is driven purely by a massive volume requirement, like outfitting an entire corporate floor with secondhand or liquidated systems, you will definitely want to look into Office Liquidators Denver. Operating out of a major centralized hub on Bryant Street, they specialize heavily in large-scale asset acquisitions and corporate clearouts. Because they move product in bulk, they are a solid option if you need to buy a large quantity of used items all at once. However their pre-owned items stock can change week to week depending on which companies recently downsized or cleared out a floor.
Right in that same Bryant Street facility, you will find Desks Incorporated. They are a trusted provider in Colorado for animpressive number of years, stretching all the way back to 1956. Desks Inc is a well-rounded dealer that serves a wide range of budgets, from single home-office desk buyers to mid-range corporate setups. Their showroom is a great place to try before you buy and get ideas for standard (and non-standard) layout configurations and brand-name commercial furniture lines.
If you are located closer to the west side of town or down near Alameda, Denver Desks is another good local resource. They specialize in new and pre-owned commercial-grade furniture, with a heavy emphasis on traditional executive casegoods, L-shaped setups, and straightforward training tables. They are a solid choice if you want to get in, get what you need, and get on with your project.
Further east, over in the Aurora area, Everything For Offices operates a spacious showroom packed with both new and pre-owned options. They do a nice job accommodating everything from individual residential buyers looking for a single task chair to expanding commercial spaces. One unique thing about their showroom floor is that it has furniture and office decor and accent pieces. If you don’t have time to run all over town looking for items to give your office a touch of personality, they likely have what you need to at least get started if not to create the vibe you want.
A Different Way of Doing Business
Every single one of the names above has earned a great reputation in our community for a reason. But as you plan out your next project, it helps to know that the buying process can look quite different depending on the partner you choose.
For many furniture outlets, the transaction ends at the cash register or the loading dock. For a lot of busy project managers or small business owners, receiving a massive shipment of flat-packed components or heavy cubicle partitions to assemble yourself can turn a timeline upside down in a hurry.
If you prefer a process where the heavy lifting is handled completely for you, that is where our team at Office Furniture EZ comes into the picture. We don’t try to be everything to everyone. Instead, we have spent years tuning our process specifically to eliminate the friction of building out a workspace:
On-Site Surveys: We come directly to your physical space to take exact measurements before you commit to an order, ensuring everything fits perfectly.
3D Space Planning: Our team helps you visualize the flow of your floorplans with realistic 3D renderings, maximizing employee comfort and workflow.
True In-House Installation & Punch List: We don’t drop-ship boxes and leave. Our dedicated, experienced crews bring the furniture inside, handle the full assembly, and place every piece exactly where it belongs. Before we call it a day, we do a final walk-through with you – putting blue tape on any tiny thing that needs attention so our team can take care of it immediately. Then we completely haul away the packaging.
Long-Term Support: We don’t abandon you after installation day either. As your business grows or changes, we are right here whenever you need to add additional workstations, source matching parts, or handle other modifications.

A Personal Note From Our Team
An Honest Note on Who We Are: Let’s be completely transparent, we aren’t the biggest dealership in Colorado, we aren’t the oldest, and our showroom isn’t located on a premium, high-traffic retail strip. We are a compact, owner-operated team. We don’t operate out of a giant showroom in the priciest part of town, but we do bring a lot of care and experience to every project. We keep things lean so we can stay responsive, stay on budget, and deliver work we’re proud of.
In our early days, our owner (me) was one of the people helping to carry boxes in and set things up. Now we have a team of project managers to handle things for you every step of the way, support staff, and some of the best installers in the business.
Because we work directly with your existing floorplans, we can even run a quick test fit to make sure the furniture you want actually functions in your space before you buy. And if you already have a bid from another dealer and just want to see if it is legit or if it can be beat, bring it on in! We love a challenge and will always give you an honest look.
We know that trust isn’t given…it’s earned through consistent execution. If you are planning a layout, we’re happy to share references and a few before and after photos. If you want a straightforward, stress-free partner for your next office refresh, give us a shout or visit us over on North Revere Street, we would love to help you get it done right.
