Yes! Our website showcases many of our most popular new and used products. We also have additional office desks, cubicles, chairs, and storage items available in our Denver and Colorado Springs showrooms. Inventory changes daily, so please call or visit us to see what’s new. Finally, we have access to even more items in various sizes, finishes, and materials. If there's something you're looking for, we'll be glad to help.
Absolutely. We specialize in quality used and refurbished office furniture — including chairs, desks, filing cabinets, and modular cubicle systems. Buying used from Office Furniture EZ lets you save up to 70% while helping the planet by keeping great furniture out of landfills.
We stock cubicle panels in several standard heights, typically ranging from 39" to 67", to support both open and private workspace designs. Our team can help you design a cubicle layout that fits your office space and privacy needs perfectly.
- The 39″ cubicle provides no privacy. Team members can easily see and hear one another.
 - The 47-53″ panel provides seated privacy. This option is good for teams who require privacy combined with collaborative communication throughout the day.
 - The 62-67″ panel is for standing privacy. These provide visual privacy and they also help cut down on employee noise – a good option for call centers.
 - The 85″ panel is for full privacy. These cubicles can reach a ceiling in many cases and provide complete visual and sound privacy.
 
Yes! Many of our products are made from recycled materials. We also partner with suppliers who offer eco-friendly materials and certifications like GreenGuard. We also sell gently used items, thereby making the most of products already produced.
					Delivery & Installation
Yes, personally manage the assembly, delivery, and setup of items purchased in Colorado. Beyond that, we have an extensive network of trusted installers who we partner with to receive, inspect, deliver & install your new office cubicles and other office furniture throughout the United States.
The time to receive your order depends on several factors, including the product(s) you select, your location, and current availability. Here is a general idea of what you can expect.
Metro Denver:
- Warehouse pickup will be available within 3-5 days in the Denver & Colorado Springs area.
 - Warehouse Address: 3860 Revere Street Suite A Denver, CO 80239. We’re open 9AM to 4PM Monday – Friday. Please call, text (720-226-5014) or email (info@officefurnitureEZ.com) with any questions.
 - Chairs & desks are usually in-stock and can be delivered within 5-10 days (boxed or assembled).
 - Cubicles are generally able to be installed in 3-4 weeks.
 
Colorado Springs:
Similar times to Denver. Pick up available at Denver Warehouse or Colorado Springs Showroom for many items, or we can deliver to your home or business.
Greater Colorado/National:
- Chairs & desks (boxed/RTA) should arrive in 1-2 weeks. They are shipped UPS, FedEx or LTL for the larger items & quantities. We will provide tracking information.
 - Assembled desks are usually able to be delivered and assembled in 3-4 weeks.
 - Cubicles are generally able to be installed in 4-5 weeks.
 
We will notify you quickly of any exceptions to the above time estimates. If you need something sooner, please ask.
Our trained installers handle every step. We start by assembling your most items in our shop. This helps with efficiency, safety, and minimizing the time and space needed at your business.
From transportation and unloading to full assembly and setup, we coordinate delivery around your schedule to minimize downtime and ensure your workspace is ready when needed.
					Customer Service & Policies
We pride ourselves on fast, friendly, and local service. From space planning and design to installation and warranty support, our team is available to help you every step of the way. You’ll always work with real local people who care about your project.
Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to confirm product details, delivery timing, and installation options. You’ll receive updates throughout the process so you always know what to expect. If you have questions, we're here weekdays from 9AM to 4PM and are glad to help. We pride ourselves on handling the specifics of your order in-house. You'll have a designated contact available to you throughout your project.
New furniture includes manufacturer warranties (often 5-10 years). Used and refurbished furniture is backed by our Office Furniture EZ Satisfaction Guarantee, ensuring all products are fully functional and in excellent condition when delivered. We're happy to share the warranty information with you prior to purchase.
